No one likes rules, however a few guiding principles ensure that everything runs smoothly

Schedule
Booking Policy
Treatments are costed around a full diary, plus our travel and overnight stays when we are working in Leeds. No shows not  only have a negative impact on us but  also create delays for other customers awaiting appointments on both of our clinics. In the current climate, we require reservation fees for all appointments.
A non refundable £20 reservation fee is required on booking to secure each piercing appointment, with the balance being paid on the day. Payments can be transferred via online banking.

 A non refundable £50 reservation fee is required on booking to secure each  permanent cosmetic / Microblading / Skin appointment and for 3D Lipo Consultation / first treatment appointments. Payments can be transferred via online banking or in cash in Salon..

 

We understand that occasionally, you may need to rearrange your appointment.

Should this be the case, please let us know at the earliest opportunity so that we can reschedule and re advertise the original appointment.

Outside of 14 days, we will happily transfer your reservation fee to your new appointment date. Within 14 days, a new reservation will be required.

 

Any cancellations or changes will result in the reservation fee being forfeited. Please ensure that you are sure that you want an appointment before you book. We book our hotels in advance to keep costs down- we have paid for hotels and experienced no shows which not only results in a day's lost income but also  an unnecessary stay away from home and wasted money on a hotel.

Personal Diary

We are a strictly "By Appointment" clinic. 
 
Our days and hours of operation can vary as we work from multiple locations and also have employed training commitments. 
Appointments enable us to efficiently manage our time and also ensures that people do not have a wasted journey "popping in".
 
Some of our locations have no waiting facilities and we operate a "1 client on site at a time " policy .
This respects our customers' privacy and ensures that we respect the Social Distancing and Safe Working guidance.
 

We are unable to accommodate walk in's at the current time- no matter how "quick" your visit, please book an appointment in advance via our online diary- a link is at the bottom of this page. If you are unable to find an appointment, please contact us and we will always try our best to accommodate you.

We are closed on Sundays to try and maintain some kind of family life and get our housework done!
If you do contact us outside of core business hours (9-5 Monday- Friday), whilst we always do our best to get in touch with you as soon as possible, please respect that we are not a 24 hour on call service so it may be the next working business day before we are able to get back to you.
Permanent Lip Makeup
Our Permanent Makeup Treatments

New treatments:

An all inclusive price comprising  a consultation which is done at your first appointment, this is where we will undertake the first part of your treatment and provide full aftercare advice.

A welcome pack including patch tests, is sent out prior to your consultation & first appointment.

Your follow up appointment  or "retouch" 4-6 weeks after the initial treatment date is also included in the price.

Sometimes, an additional top up may be required, for example due to how your skin has held the pigment or if you have requested changes to the shape or colour. These will be charged at £80 each, which just covers the cost of the consumables.

Colour Boosts:

​

This is a one off annual maintenance treatment to refresh your colour after the original work has faded out. 

 

One session is included in your price. The  price is determined by the amount of time elapsed since your last treatment as the amount of work will vary. We have a sliding scale of 6-11 months, 12-18 months, 19-24 months, 24+ months.

​

Additional top ups within 8 weeks of your colour boost, if required are £80 each.

​

If you wish to change your shape/style of treatment, we will discuss a price dependent on the time / needles and equipment required to achieve the look. If you change your style, eg to thicker or with shading, then you will most likely need two sessions, the second of which is chargeable.

​

Advance payment plans are available for Microblading, permanent brows, eyeliner tattooing and permanent lip colouring at our Leeds, Chorley and Halifax clinics. Payments are made at an amount and frequency to suit you, via online banking so that all payments are traceable.  A minimum first payment of £50 is required as your non refundable reservation fee. Please contact us to tailor and advance payment plan for you.

You can also choose to pay by Paypal Credit, which enables you to spread the cost of your treatment interest free, over 4 months.

​

Please note that the minimum legal age for any form of permanent makeup is 18, even for medical reasons eg scarring.

Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

Apple Pay
Credit / Debit Card
Paypal Credit (If you wish to spread your payment over 4 months, interest free.
Normal paypal transactions incur a 2% charge so don't advocate using this option.


Our preference is cash or bank transfer to avoid transaction charges.

Please note that there is a 2.5% transaction fee for payments made via the card machine. We have taken this option rather than increasing our prices across the board so there is a suitable option for everyone.

Attending Your Appointment
You will receive automated appointment reminders. Please arrive on time rather than early or late for your appointment- we generally run back to back all day and may be doing something of an intricate nature where we are unable to answer the door until your appointment time.
 
If it's necessary for you to attend early, for example to collect a product, we will advise via your reminder message what time to arrive and any associated instructions.

When you arrive for your appointment, please ring the bell, we will open the door for you.


Please attend alone (unless you are accompanying a minor for consent purposes).

We would prefer you to wear a face covering particularly in the winter months or if you have a cold  / have been in contact with anyone with an illness. 

This is to protect us- we always wear one in order to protect our clients and having to close the clinic due to illness doesn't help anyone.

PRIVACY NOTICE

We do not sell or share your information with any third parties.


Personal data is retained securely for the purpose of servicing your treatments and to comply with insurance requirements.
It is an insurance requirement that we take before & after pictures of your treatments. We may use these for advertising purposes on social media, however we will restrict the image to the area we are working on.

For some treatments, we retain paper records. 
Our booking system holds basic data for the purpose of your appointment: Name, email and phone number. Treatment consent is attached to the booking system and as such must be retained for 6 years following your last treatment, as per insurance requirements.
