Lockdown has changed many things for many people; fortunately as a clinic, we already had a lot of infection control measures in place you will not see too much of a change when you come to visit us. We have made a couple of adjustments, which are outlined below:
We are operating on a strictly "By Appointment" basis. Whether it's for a quick check up or to look at jewellery, please contact us in advance to book yourself in. We will be unable to accommodate walk ins.
We ask that you wear a face mask before entering clinic. We aim to keep germs minimal; we know that masks keep germs in, rather than out.
Please arrive on time for your appointment- not earlier or later as we aim to prevent people from waiting inside. If the door is locked, please ring the bell for attention; we are trying to prevent walk ins.
We will provide hand sanitiser and may additionally ask you to wash your hands prior to treatment and again before you leave.
You will notice that the refreshments and magazines have gone from Reception. Please feel free to bring your own refreshments, or ask and we will happily provide you with one.
We aim to take people straight into treatment rooms- the reception area is large so if there is someone else waiting, there is plenty of scope to wait at the prescribed social distancing measures (2metres).
All appointments will be secured by a non refundable reservation fee- you can see our full terms on our FAQ page.
If you are unwell, displaying any COVID 19 symptoms, or have been in contact with anyone who has within 14 days of your appointment, please contact us to rearrange. Your reservtion fee will roll over to your fresh appointment.
