"Is it safe for me to consider having a permanent cosmetic treatment during the Coronavirus outbreak"?
We are currently closed following Government Directions. Once we are able to reopen, we would like to provide you with the following information/ reassurance.
My clinic is one of the cleanest environments you can find yourself in.
I have always operated under strict hygiene standards and practices and infection control is nothing new here.
I wear gloves, face masks and other personal protective equipment for each treatment.
All of my equipment is single use and disposable; waste is securely bagged and incinerated.
Surgical instruments are cleaned, individually wrapped and sterilised in house.
Treatment rooms are disinfected in between each and every client.
I have implemented additional measures in clinic to protect all of our customers and myself;
I have created gaps between appointments so that you should have the waiting area to yourself.
I am operating on a strictly "By Appointment" basis. Whatever the reason, we need you to book in advance.
All touch points eg door handles, light switches and the reception desk are sanitised between clients.
Towels in the bathroom have been removed and replaced with disposable paper towels.
Any items which may be touched by more than one person, for example magazines and pens, have been removed.
I will ask you to wash your hands or use sanitiser prior to commencing treatment.
I respectfully ask that if you are experiencing any symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who has the symptoms of Covid-19 within the last 14 days, please contact me to rearrange your appointment. In these cases, your reservation fee will be moved to your new appointment.
In the event that I experience any symptoms, I will contact you to rearrange another suitable appointment date as soon as possible.
"Do permanent cosmetic treatments hurt"?
This is one of the most common questions. Feeling nervous is quite natural if you do not know what to expect.
I work in such a way that you may feel a light scratching sensation at the start of your treatment. Following this, you should not feel much/anything for the rest of your treatment. You may experience slight discomfort. Many clients are surprised at how relaxing they find the treatment.
"What do I get as part of my permanent makeup treatment"?
A consultation, welcome pack including patch tests, a main treatment, aftercare and one follow up "top up" treatment 4-6 weeks after the initial treatment date.
Sometimes, an additional top up may be required, for example due to how your skin has held the pigment or if you have requested changes to the shape or colour. These will be charged at £60 each.
This is a one off treatment to refresh your colour after the original work has faded out. It is designed to strengthen whatever is there.
One treatment is included in your price, additional top ups if required are £60 each.
If you wish to change your shape/style of treatment, we will discuss a price dependant on the time/ needles and equiment required to achieve the look.
No Shows cost us and also create delays in seeing other clients. In the current climate, we are now taking reservation fees for all appointments.
A non refundable £15 reservation fee is required on booking to secure each piercing appointment, with the balance being paid on the day.
A non refundable £50 reservation fee is required on booking to secure each permanent cosmetic appointment.
We understand that occasionally, you may need to rearrange your appointment.
Should this be the case, please let us know at the earliest opportunity so that we can reschedule and re advertise the original appointment.
Outside of 14 days, we will happily transfer your reservation fee to your new appointment date. Within 14 days, a new reservation will be required.
Within 14 days , any cancellations or changes will result in the reservation fee being forfeited, with the exception that this is due to Coronavirus, in which case your reservation fee will roll over to your rescheduled appointment.

We are a strictly "By Appointment" clinic. This is not only to ensure that we respect social distancing measures, but also because we operate from other locations. As well as other clinics, we deliver training across the country, therefore our opening days and hours vary to meet these demands.
We are unable to accommodate walk in's at the current time- no matter how "quick" your visit, please book an appointment in advance.
Please note that the minimum legal age for any form of permanent makeup is 18, even for medical reasons eg scarring.
Under 16's must be accompanied by a parent and complete a parental consent form for piercing appointments
I accept cash, bank transfer and all major credit & debit cards plus apple pay.
Payment plans are available for permanent cosmetic treatments.

Gift vouchers are available and have a 12 month expiry date. Once purchased, these are non refundable whether purchased for yourself or as a gift.
